John McKinley graduated from St. Thomas University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2002.  He received his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2005 and is presently working towards completion of his Masters in Business Administration.  John articled in Canmore and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2007.

John's practice is primarily in the area of civil litigation and he has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta as well as the Court of Queen's Bench.
