Jodi L. Sledz, B.A., LL.B.

Education

Ms. Sledz graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Calgary in 1999 and obtained her Law Degree from the University of Alberta in 2002. She completed her Articles of Clerkship with the law firm Miller Thompson LLP and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2003. Ms. Sledz joined Caron & Partners LLP in 2004.

Professional Practice

Ms. Sledz currently works in several areas of law with an emphasis on employment law, as well as general and commercial litigation. Ms. Sledz has experience appearing before the Provincial Court and both Masters and Justice Chambers at the Court of Queen’s Bench. Ms. Sledz plans to continue to develop her practice in the areas noted above.

Associations

Ms. Sledz is a member of the Canadian and the Calgary Bar Association. She is also an active member of the C.A. and L.L.B. softball league and is presently a member of Calgary’s Chickwagon Association.

Ms. Sledz volunteers her time raising funds for various non-profit organizations in Calgary and is a regular volunteer with Calgary Legal Guidance
