Mr. Caron has represented municipalities and
land developers in the Calgary area for over 30 years. His
extensive experience in the area of real estate has involved him
in all aspects of development and planning issues.

Mr. Stopa has acted for municipalities
and land developers in a variety of contexts including as
follows: general council to municipalities; hearings
before the SDAB; and judicial review applications.

Tim Platnich Mr.
Platnich has been involved in many aspects of municipal
law and planning. He has appeared before various administrative tribunals
and before all levels of Court in Alberta on issues concerning
administrative, municipal and planning law. Mr. Platnich
